This website is operated by Ebhar Desert Maintenance and General Contracting – L.L.C – S.P.C, a Limited Liability Company (Sole Proprietorship) registered with the Abu Dhabi Registration Authority under trade licence CN-6574733, at Al Falah Street, Abu Dhabi. It is provided for information about our services. Content is provided in good faith and reviewed regularly, but does not constitute a technical assessment of any specific property.

Service area

Ebhar Desert provides maintenance and general contracting services within the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. Swimming pool supply, installation, maintenance, cleaning and repair is provided across the United Arab Emirates. Enquiries for maintenance or contracting works at properties outside the Emirate of Abu Dhabi cannot be serviced.

Quotations

Prices are not published on this website because works are quoted after a property assessment. A quotation issued by us is valid for the period stated on it, is based on the scope described, and is subject to written variation if the scope changes.

Works and variations

Works are carried out under the scope agreed in the accepted quotation. Additional works or changes to scope are quoted and approved in writing before execution. We do not execute variations on verbal instruction.

Workmanship guarantee

Completed works carry a workmanship guarantee for the period stated in the quotation or contract. The guarantee covers defects in our workmanship and does not cover misuse, third-party interference, damage by others, or the normal service life of consumable components.

Enquiries submitted online

Submitting an enquiry through this website does not create a contract. A contract arises only when a written quotation is accepted or a maintenance contract is signed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
