We confirm the price and an appointment window. Annual contract clients are prioritised.

Technicians arrive equipped for the reported work and for the common adjacent issues found alongside it.

Report

Completed work is recorded, and anything noticed that will need attention later is flagged to you rather than left.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a minimum call-out charge?

Yes, a standard call-out covers the visit and the first period of labour, with materials quoted separately. Annual Maintenance Contract clients have call-outs included, which is why regular users of the service almost always move to a contract.

Can you handle several unrelated jobs in one visit?

Yes, and we prefer it. Send the full list in advance so the right tools and materials are on the vehicle and everything is closed out in a single attendance.

Do you provide condition reports for property managers?

Yes. Scheduled inspections with written, photographed condition reports are available and are commonly used by owners who are abroad or who rent the property out.
