Brief and site visit

We visit, measure and understand what you actually want the finished property to do — not just the works list.

Proposal and programme

You receive an itemised scope, a fixed contract sum and a dated programme showing each stage.

Contract and mobilisation

Terms, payment stages and approvals are agreed in writing before mobilisation. Any required approvals are handled by us.

Execution and reporting

A project manager runs the site with regular progress updates. Variations are quoted and approved before they are carried out — never after.

Handover

We snag jointly, close every item, hand over documentation and stand behind the work through the defects liability period.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do you control cost on a renovation?

With an itemised contract sum agreed before work starts, and a rule we do not break: no variation is executed before it is quoted and approved in writing. Most renovation cost overruns come from verbal instructions on site, so we remove that route entirely.

Do you handle approvals?

Yes. As an Abu Dhabi Municipality approved contractor we prepare and manage the approvals your project requires, and we will tell you at proposal stage which ones apply.

What happens after handover?

A defects liability period applies to the works, during which any workmanship defect is returned to and corrected at our cost. Many clients then move the property onto an Annual Maintenance Contract.
