Stone is a permanent decision. Slab selection, layout, joint width and the bedding beneath all determine whether a floor reads as considered or merely covered — and the difference is entirely in the setting out.

How We Work

Selection and templating
Slabs are selected with you where possible, and templates are taken from the actual site dimensions rather than drawings.

Layout approval
We plan the setting out — joint lines, cut positions and vein direction — and agree it before a single piece is cut.

Installation
Stone is laid on a properly prepared bed with consistent joints and levels checked continuously.

Polish and protect
Surfaces are polished as specified, sealed against staining and handed over with maintenance guidance.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can dull or scratched existing marble be restored?
In most cases yes. Grinding, honing and re-polishing removes the damaged surface layer and restores the finish without replacement — usually at a fraction of the cost of relaying the floor.
Does natural stone need sealing here?
Yes. Sealing protects against staining and, on external stone, against salt and moisture damage. It should be renewed periodically, and it is a standard inclusion in our Annual Maintenance Contracts.
Do you fabricate countertops to measure?
Yes — countertops are templated on site after the cabinetry is installed, then cut, profiled and polished to the approved edge detail before fitting.
