Ebhar services split, ducted and package systems on a planned schedule so that cooling performance, air quality and running costs stay under control instead of degrading unnoticed.

How We Work

Site survey

We record every unit on the property — type, tonnage, age and location — and note existing faults before quoting.

Written scope and quote

You receive an itemised quotation covering the units, the works and the visit frequency. Nothing is carried out before approval.

Scheduled service visit

Technicians attend at a booked time with dust sheets, cleaning equipment and consumables on the vehicle.

Report and handover

Each visit closes with a written report listing readings taken, work completed and any component that will need attention.

Frequently Asked Questions

How often should a villa AC system be serviced?

In Abu Dhabi we recommend servicing every three months as a baseline, with an additional check before the peak summer period. Dust ingress here is far higher than in temperate climates, and filter and coil fouling is the most common cause of weak cooling and raised electricity consumption.

Do you clean ducts as well as units?

Yes. Duct cleaning and sanitisation is carried out for ducted and package systems, and is included in the higher Annual Maintenance Contract tiers. It is the single most effective measure for indoor air quality in villas with older ductwork.

Can AC servicing be included in an annual contract?

Yes, and it is the most common reason clients start one. An Annual Maintenance Contract fixes the visit schedule and the price for the year, and includes priority response if a unit fails between visits.
