Frequently Asked Questions
Why does a circuit keep tripping?
Repeated tripping is a symptom, not a fault in itself — the usual causes are moisture ingress, a failing appliance, an overloaded circuit or degraded insulation. We trace the cause by isolation testing rather than simply resetting or uprating the breaker, which would remove the protection instead of the problem.
Can you upgrade an older villa distribution board?
Yes. Older boards frequently lack adequate residual current protection or have circuits added over the years without labelling. We replace the board, re-identify every circuit and hand over a schedule.
Do you provide test documentation?
Yes. Test results and a circuit schedule are provided in writing on completion, which matters for insurance, resale and property management records.
