Why we started in 2026
Ebhar Desert is a new company, and we would rather state that plainly than imply a history we do not have. What we can be judged on is how the company was prepared before it opened: the licensing completed, the Abu Dhabi Municipality approval obtained, the trades staffed with experienced technicians, and the operating standards written down before the first job rather than improvised after it.
The founding team came to this business from years inside the maintenance and contracting trade in the UAE, and started Ebhar Desert around a specific observation: villa owners in Abu Dhabi are well served for emergency repairs and poorly served for planned, documented, accountable maintenance. Most contractors are organised to arrive, fix and leave. Very few are organised to look after a property continuously and prove what they did.
So the company was built for the second model. Written scopes before work starts. Reports after every visit. Annual Maintenance Contracts as the core offering rather than an upsell. A workmanship guarantee that we honour at our own cost. These are ordinary standards in facilities management and unusual in villa maintenance, and closing that gap is the entire reason Ebhar Desert exists.

Ebhar Desert Maintenance and General Contracting is an Abu Dhabi Municipality approved contractor, licensed to carry out building maintenance and general contracting works within the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
Municipality approval is not a formality. It governs which contractors may lawfully carry out contracting works, and it is the practical difference between a contractor who can prepare and manage the approvals your project requires and one who will ask you to arrange them yourself. For any works involving structural elements, external alterations, or connections to municipal services, working with an approved contractor protects both the property and the owner.

Registered with the Abu Dhabi Registration Authority as a Limited Liability Company (Sole Proprietorship), trade licence CN-6574733.
Municipality approved
Approved by Abu Dhabi Municipality for building maintenance and contracting works.
Approvals managed
Where a project requires permits or approvals, we prepare and manage them as part of the contract.
Insured operations
Works are carried out under appropriate insurance cover, with documentation available to clients on request.
Trade licence CN-6574733, issued by the Abu Dhabi Registration Authority. Licence and Municipality approval documentation is available to clients on request and is provided as standard with contracting proposals.

Nothing verbal
Scope, price and programme are written and approved before work begins. No variation is executed on a verbal instruction.
Diagnose before quoting
We find the cause before proposing a repair. Replacing a component that was only a symptom is not a service, it is an invoice.
Right materials, named
Quotations state materials by type, brand and rating, so specification is a decision you make rather than one made for you.
Protect the property
Dust sheets, floor protection and clean-up are part of the job, not an extra. We leave the property the way we would want ours left.
Tell the client the truth
If a repair is not worth doing, if a finish will not last, or if the cause is outside our scope, we say so — including when it costs us the job.
Stand behind the work
Completed works carry a workmanship guarantee. If it fails within the period, we return and correct it at our cost, without argument.
Our Team
Experienced trades under direct supervision
Ebhar Desert is staffed by trade-specific technicians — AC, plumbing, electrical, finishing and pool — working under supervision rather than as independent subcontractors. The company is new; the people running the trades are not. Between them, the founding team and lead technicians bring extensive prior experience in UAE villa maintenance and contracting, and that experience is what the standards on this page are drawn from.

Our maintenance and contracting teams work within the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. Staying close to the properties we maintain keeps response windows honest, and means our technicians know the communities, the building types and the approval requirements they are working within. Our swimming pool division is the exception: pool supply, installation, maintenance and repair is available across all seven emirates.
